Making positive connections with horses and ponies can provide a fantastic challenge and be incredibly rewarding.
Learning about what they need and building a trusting relationship with them is a wonderful experience.
Our horses enjoy gentle workouts so are perfect for those who would like to learn to ride.
We have 8 beautiful horse friends:
Hacks: Gentle giant ‘Ashby’, cool dude ‘Mac’ and graceful ‘Delphi’.
Ponies: Sassy ‘Mouse’, little bays ‘Eddie’ and ‘Timmy’ and rounding off the team, the wee Welshies, ‘Misty’ and ‘Lollie’.
All are part of the family and their welfare and needs are our priority.

NOTE: We are currently fully booked for after school sessions and weekend lesson times are very busy with regulars.
We sometimes have weekend cancellations so please do contact us to see if there is any availability and check our Facebook page.
We have plenty of times available in school holidays. We recommend booking early to secure a place.
Pony Ride: Your horse or pony will be groomed and tacked up ready for you to ride.
You will have a personal coach and will be on a lead rein if required.
Fun activities will build confidence and help learn some basic riding skills.
$20 - 15 minutes $35 - 30 minutes
Lesson: For those wanting to build their riding skills or learn more about the care of ponies, a lesson includes a bit of both!
Catch, groom and tack up your horse with a personal helper there to support you one-on-one.
Ride and develop confidence and practical riding knowledge during the hour long session which includes 40 minutes of riding
$50 private, $45 paired
Forest Ride: Enjoy a relaxing ride through the pine plantation at West Melton forest!
Your horse or pony will be tacked up ready to ride. Meet us at the float car park at the end of Weedons-Ross Road in West Melton.
Your personal coach will lead the pony if required.
$60 for 45 minutes
Beach Ride: Spencer Park offers peaceful riding either through the pine plantation, along the lagoon’s edge or on the beach.
Meet us at the car park at the end of Heyders Road for the beach ride.
Your pony will be ready for you to ride and led by your coach for an awesome riding experience on sandy trails through the sand dunes onto the beachfront for great views!
School holidays only: $80 for 1 hour
Lagoon Ride: This is a gentle ride along the edge of the Brooklands Lagoon and allows for a paddle in the water during summer.
Meet us in the Brooklands Redzone (‘The Lagoon’ Road - off Lower Styx Road) where we tack up and ride out along the Lagoon track.
The swimming hole itself is only 5 minutes from the float parking spot.
Please note - not all ponies like swimming so it is dependent on the pony! :D
School holidays only (and swimming in summer) $85 for 1 hour
Red Zone Ride: This is an awesome ride through tranquil areas in the Brooklands Red Zone.
Meet us in the Redzone on ‘The Lagoon’ Road, (off Lower Styx Road) Brooklands where we tack up and ride out along the roads and grassy areas.
The ponies like to snack on the willow trees and there are lots of trees affording awesome pics of your ride.
